Anyone who knows me knows that this website is not about selling courses. I am motivated by the desire to care for others. However, caring for others requires skills, so I prioritize taking care of myself to improve my abilities. This philosophy will not change. SASA's online courses are doing well, and I am positive about it. Although I disagree with her statement that there are no good teachers in Taiwan to teach students the correct asanas (I personally do not agree with this statement). I have completed 500 classes myself in India. I believe that no matter where the teacher comes from or what theory they teach, the foundation is the same.

Today, she sold 20,000 classes, which is amazing because these 20,000 people may become students of future Taiwanese yoga teachers. This shows that there is a market demand for yoga courses. These 20,000 people have embarked on their yoga journey, and maybe one day, we will meet on the road of practicing yoga. Although I have to work part-time to support my family while teaching yoga, seeing others successfully sell so many courses makes me reflect on why there are always only a few people in my classes. I look forward to future gatherings, practicing together, and enjoying mindful breathing together. 認識我的人都知道，這個成為瑜伽老師一開始並非銷售課程。我的動力源自於關懷他人的慾望。然而，照顧他人需要正確的知識和能力，所以我優先照顧好自己，提升自身能力。這種理念不會改變。 幾粒沙沙的線上課程做得很好，我對此持正面態度。雖然我不同意她關於台灣沒有好老師教學生正確體位法的說法（我個人並不認同這種說法）。我自己在印度已經完成了500小時師資課程。我相信，無論老師來自哪裡，教什麼理論，基礎都是一樣的。

如今，她已經賣出了2萬門課程，這很了不起，因為這2萬人可能會成為未來台灣瑜珈老師的學生。這表明瑜伽課程存在市場需求。這兩萬人已經踏上了他們的瑜珈之旅，或許有一天，我們會在練習瑜珈的路上相遇。雖然我教瑜伽，也兼職養家活口，但看到別人成功賣出這麼多課程，讓我反思為什麼我的課程總是小貓兩三隻。期待未來有機會在練習的道路上相遇，一起練習，享受正念呼吸。
