That day, my yoga journey began. 那一天，我的瑜伽之旅開始了。

Anyone who knows me knows that the purpose of this website is not to sell courses. It all stems from my desire to take care of others. When I was sick three and a half years ago, I realized that I forgot to take care of myself first. Fortunately, after taking care of myself, I suddenly realized that I could also play a role in taking care of others. In the days that followed, I realized how to adjust my pace. When I participated in the 500 teachers training course, I met classmates from the Indian teacher training course, which enriched the diversity of this platform.

認識我的人都知道，這個網站的目的並非銷售課程。一切都源自於我渴望照顧他人。三年半前生病時，我意識到自己忘了先照顧好自己。幸運的是，在照顧好自己之後，我突然意識到自己也能為照顧他人盡一份心力。在接下來的日子裡，我意識到如何調整自己的步調。在參加500名教師培訓課程時，我遇到了來自印度教師培訓課程的同學，這豐富了這個平台的多樣性。
