調息法 / 呼吸法(Pranayama)源自梵語:prana - 活力或能量,ayama- 延伸或控制。

透過特定的呼吸技巧來控製或擴展生命能量。最終的目的是透過調節呼吸來協調身心靈。

雖然我的學生不多 (來人呀~~快來上課) ,能幫助的人也有限,但我仍然認為應該每週給大家帶來一種呼吸方法/調息法。 方法很多,但是我希望有一個你找到一個適合你自己的,能對你受益。

下星期開始 我們就先來實踐/討論呼吸法的好處之一:增強肺活量-提高氧氣攝取量和呼吸效率。

只要好好的呼吸就能讓身心靈平衡 為何不呢? 不是嗎?

Pranayama is derived from the Sanskrit words: prana - vitality or energy, ayama - extension or control.

It is the control or expansion of life energy through specific breathing techniques. The ultimate goal is to coordinate the body, mind and spirit through regulating breathing.

Although I don’t have many students (come on, come to class), and the number of people I can help is limited, I still think that I should bring you a breathing method every week. There are many methods, but I hope you can find one that suits you and can benefit you.

Starting next week, we will first practice/discuss one of the benefits of breathing methods: enhancing lung capacity - increasing oxygen intake and breathing efficiency.

Just breathing well can balance the body, mind and spirit. Why not? Isn’t it?
